Inside Sales Representative Job Description

Pinnacle Windows and Restoration is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Lakewood, CO. We are searching for a candidate who can work well in a fast-paced, open work environment. The Inside Sales Specialist will communicate with a wide client base including Contractors, Insurance Adjusters, Remodelers and Homeowners to present a compelling case for them to choose Pinnacle Windows & Restoration. This candidate should have great communication and product presentation skills, be highly organized and must enjoy interacting with people on the phone and by email.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities

· Welcome customers and assist them in finding the right products and services for their project.

· Qualify call-in and walk-in customers to set sales appointments for Outside Sales Representatives

· Capture call-in and walk-in leads and appointments by documenting and maintaining accurate information.

· Provide administrative support to Outside Sales Representatives and Management

· Follow a sales process to deliver project quotation or cost detail.

· Stay current with new products or product updates. and awareness of competitive products

· Self-starter who demonstrates a strong work ethic, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

· Able to work with details, complexity and follows through with customers.

· Adaptable to changing processes and priorities.

· Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts to customers, general contractors, and insurance companies in a timely manner to close sales.

· Manage insurance claims on the customer’s behalf. Common types of claims we handle are Hailstorm, Tornado, Flooding, Fires, Wind Damage, Vandalism and Building Collapse.

  • Attending online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Handle multiple priorities in a fast pace challenging environment in a professional and timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $50,000 based on experience.

  • Periodic bonuses based on meeting and exceeding goals.
