DESCRIPTION Our client is in the food distribution industry selling a complete line of fresh fruits, vegetables, and many other food related items They whole sales to many stores, restaurants, and food service businesses across the U.S. They are seeking to expand their services to increase customer demand and find better opportunities to best service their customers. They are seeking an Inside Sales/Administrative professional to join to their team to assist with selling products/services to new potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administrative functions such as answering the phones, responding to emails providing phenomenal customer service
  • Updating client information in the system performing data entry functions
  • Providing follow-up correspondence to current/new clients regarding their needs
  • Finding new opportunities to sell/upsell on current or new accounts
  • Identifying opportunities for improving the client experience

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • 1+ year of administrative experience
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and Power Point

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Data entry
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
