KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform administrative tasks including managing phone communications and email correspondence while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update client records within the database, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Engage in follow-up communications with existing and prospective clients to address their requirements.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling to current accounts.
- Assess and propose enhancements to the client experience.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- 1 year of customer service experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
