KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform administrative tasks including managing phone communications and email correspondence while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and update client records within the database, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Engage in follow-up communications with existing and prospective clients to address their requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling to current accounts.
  • Assess and propose enhancements to the client experience.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • 1 year of customer service experience is required.
