Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles:

  • 3+ years experience in Commercial Electrical Construction.
  • 2+ years experience Estimating.
  • Ability to manage the process of assembling and submitting bids.
  • Ability to complete conceptual estimates for Electrical projects.
  • Ability to identify scope of work, walk projects, and complete material, labor and equipment takeoffs. 
  • Communicate with customers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Has the ability to manage and track multiple preconstruction projects at once.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and database software (ISQFT)
  • Relationship building skillset and strong communication skills.
