Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced 3PL Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding their logistics needs, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, drive business growth, and make a significant impact in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships built on trust and exceptional service delivery.
- Gain a deep understanding of client business objectives, supply chain challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, sales, IT) to develop and implement customized logistics solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling additional services and expanding service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, manage pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and transportation management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
