MUST:
Experienced Custodial Manager / Environmental Services Manager
5+ years' experience supervising/managing
3+ years' experience in janitorial cleaning commercial properties
Experience supervising and overseeing properties 500,000 Square Feet and above
Experience with supply management
Experience hiring, training, and disciplining personnel
Good communication skills and ability to speak with customers and oversee a large cleaning staff
Be able to delegate tasks to crew and problem solve issues that may arise in the operations
Computer skills is a plus
Must be able to speak and understand English
