- Lead and oversee business onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Design, implement, and optimize business processes to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
- Take a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring smooth business onboarding.
- Includes manually checking status and deciding which business should be getting specific feature sets
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to understand requirements, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
- Build strong relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
- Has previous experience working independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with minimal supervision
- Highly flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs and priorities
- Proactive, strong sense of ownership with demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of XFN teams and stakeholders
