Job Description: Project Management
  • Lead and oversee business onboarding from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
Process Management
  • Design, implement, and optimize business processes to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness
Hands-On Operations Management
  • Take a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring smooth business onboarding.
  • Includes manually checking status and deciding which business should be getting specific feature sets
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, to understand requirements, communicate progress, and resolve issues.
  • Build strong relationships to ensure stakeholder needs are met and expectations are managed effectively.
Skills:
  • Has previous experience working independently in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment with minimal supervision
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to meet evolving needs and priorities
  • Proactive, strong sense of ownership with demonstrated teamwork capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
