Sigma Computing is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Onboarding Manager to join our team in San Francisco, CA. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to our cloud analytics and business intelligence tool.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to get the most out of our tool.
- Identify and address any onboarding challenges or issues, working closely with customers to resolve them.
- Monitor and report on onboarding metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on onboarding and implementation.
- Proven track record of success in onboarding and implementing complex solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address onboarding challenges.
- Experience with cloud-based analytics and business intelligence tools, preferably Sigma Computing.
