Responsibilities:

  • Experience in residential home construction is a must.
  • Maintain and update all plans associated with ongoing projects.
  • Track and manage the materials being used in construction projects.
  • Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure all parties involved are aligned with project goals and expectations.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, particularly in residential home construction.
  • Familiarity with reading and understanding construction plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
