The Mission: Inside Sales Representative (AKA Professional Script Reciter and Lead Whisperer)


Attention, cream of the crop, top shelf, premium grade Utah talent We're looking for Inside Sales Reps who can stick to a script better than who can stick to a script better than Utahans stick to their fry sauce recipe. And let me tell you, we've got more leads than the  Great Salt Lake has brine shrimp


Here's the deal: Our job is easier than explaining why Provo has more soda shops than coffee houses. All you need to do is follow our proven script (seriously, just follow the script - it's not a suggestion, it's more essential than snow tires in a Utah winter)


Your Daily Routine (More Repetitive Than "Pioneer Day" Celebrations):

  • Recite our can't-fail script to 25 eager leads daily (we're drowning in leads like Lagoon is drowning in screaming teenagers)
  • Nail 15+ conversations (easier than finding an MLM pitch in your Facebook messages)
  • Master our script (it's more crucial than knowing the difference between Orem and Vineyard)
  • Book 15+ appointments weekly (we've got more leads than the Hogle Zoo has exotic animals)
  • Update our CRM (it's like updating your Fantasy Ski League, but daily and for real money)


The Qualifications (AKA What Makes You The Cream of the Crop in the Beehive State):

  • Reliable be in our West Jordan Utah Office?
  • Work stability- Can not have more than 2 Jobs in the last 5 years
  • Can not be self employed in the last 6 months 
  • Last Two years plus years of most of the day on the phone. Must come from role that is mostly on the phone
  • High Volume Calls- . In current or most recent role talking to 30+ different people every day
  • Talk time- In current or most recent role talking to 5+ hours of talk/ Available time  
  • Performance- In current or most recent role performance metrics and KPI required 
  • History of achievements or awards, recognition, have you been given in personal, professional, sports in the past two years? Examples: Employee of the month, Top Salesperson, Softball team went to the finals.
  • Follow Defined call flow on every call defined script or call-outline provided by your employer… where there are consequences for not following the script
  • Data Management- IN most current role required to enter specific data in crm on every call and managed that accurately for every conversation
  •  Follow up In your current role were you required to make MULTIPLE FOLLOWUP CONTACTS (calls/text/email) with the same contact (scheduling, rescheduling, follow ups, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable take and implement feedback in timely manner
  • Must be an EXTROVERT enjoys talking to people on the phone. Talks with confidence and competence on the phone.


Remember, our model is more proven than the effectiveness of essential oils at a Lehi mom group. We've refined this process more times than Pioneer Woman has refined her butter churning technique.
