As a Sales Representative with Alfa Insurance, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will be responsible for prospecting new business, quoting and binding policies, handling customer inquiries, and providing support to agents and service center staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities in multi-line insurance
- Quote and bind policies, handle customer inquiries, and document requests
- Process premiums and dues in a membership organization
- Provide support to agents and service center staff as needed
- Make decisions on applicant insurability and placement
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Attain Property and Casualty license within 90 days of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude
