Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

You will collaborate with the project team to compile the requirements from all our builders for creating a BIM (Building Information Model) using Revit software. You will develop drawings & models to maintain high quality standards for our customers.

What You Will Do:

  • You will offer support to customers by preparing design studies.
  • You will coordinate work with consultants, clients & regulatory agencies.
  • You will develop project documentation in Revit.
  • You will facilitate the completion of construction drawings which may include multiple views, detail drawings and assembly drawings indicating components of equipment, facilities or systems.
  • You will identify and verify specifications by examining documents and performing required validation calculations.
  • You will review 3D models and drawings for changes; revise necessary components using in-house documented procedures, drafting and BIM standards and applications.
  • You will need to perform some construction administration duties.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • You have an Associates Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 12 months Revit experience.
  • You have built a portfolio that demonstrates excellence in design thinking.
  • You have attention to detail and a keen desire to understand how building go together.
  • You understand the practice of structural engineering, project delivery & construction methods.
  • You have an interest in Lean Construction methods and/or sustainable design practices.
  • You have strong time management & communication skills.
  • You need critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
  • You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment. We are Agile
