Position Overview:
Role: BIM Manager
Summary:
We are in search of a skilled BIM Manager to oversee the entire building information modeling process within our organization. In this role, you will lead BIM initiatives across various projects, manage the BIM team, and ensure the effective implementation of BIM software and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all BIM initiatives across multiple projects, ensuring uniform implementation and compliance with project standards.
- Provide BIM expertise and support to project teams, promoting efficient and optimal use of BIM software and workflows.
- Lead and develop the BIM team, offering feedback, performance assessments, and opportunities for professional growth.
- Continuously enhance BIM utilization by developing workflows, managing data, and advocating practical applications in project settings.
- Ensure effective coordination between BIM and other disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and construction.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and design partners to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a BIM management capacity.
- Proficient knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD software, along with common BIM tools, processes, and workflows.
- Ability to effectively lead a diverse team of BIM professionals, providing direction and support.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to deliver clear and concise feedback to all project stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a Data Centre or any critical facility or large-scale construction project.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors influencing pay within this range may include geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Benefits: The company provides a range of benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 9-10 days of paid time off.
