About the Role:

In this role, you will be the hero for customers experiencing issues with their smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, and other electronic devices. You'll leverage your technical expertise to diagnose problems, provide repair solutions, and breathe new life into their beloved gadgets.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a device diagnostics whiz: Utilize advanced tools and software to pinpoint hardware and software malfunctions on a variety of devices.
  • Master the art of repair: Fix common issues like cracked screens, battery replacements, charging port repairs, liquid damage mitigation, data recovery, and more.
  • Be a customer champion: Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options, timelines, and costs. Build trust and rapport with each interaction.
  • Embrace the tech revolution: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies to effectively repair an ever-evolving range of devices.
  • Maintain a meticulous workspace: Organize your work area, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure a clean and professional environment.
  • Become a team player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless repair experience for every customer.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in electronics repair, computer hardware, or a related field (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of electronic components, troubleshooting methodologies, and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using a computer and diagnostic software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with soldering or microsoldering techniques.
  • Knowledge of specific device brands (Apple, Samsung, etc.).
  • Excellent data recovery skills.
