We are looking for a social media manager to join our team
Your role as a social media manager is to manage our social media accounts and overall brand image across social. As a social media manager at Fuel Nutrition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's image on TikTok and Instagram.
- You will be responsible for creating engaging, entertaining, and shareable content that resonates with our target audience(s). Your creative flair and ability to keep up with TikTok and Instagram trends will be essential in driving our marketing strategy forward.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, TikTok)
- Create captivating content (photos, videos, text posts) that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice. We have a designer so you can work with her to design the posts needed.
- Manage all aspects of social media engagement, including responding to comments, messages. You can work with the customer service team for questions about orders.
- Plan and strategize for compelling photoshoots and video shoots to showcase our products and brand aesthetic
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials and social media channels
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, study the competitors and apply same strategies
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure success
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure consistency across brand messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and produce engaging video content (4 videos per week) that shares insights about the brand, communicates our mission of empowering women to embrace their natural beauty and radiate confidence, and fosters a sense of community.
- Grow and manage the community and Customer loyalty programs.
- Engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments, and build a loyal account following.
- Manage and build a sales team of affiliates/influencers in house program.
