Pay Range: $50.00 - $57.00 per hour DOE

The Role: The Revenue Controllership is seeking an experienced project manager to support cross-functional initiatives that span systems and processes in the Order To Cash Finance space. The candidate will have strong knowledge across three disciplines – Finance (specifically Revenue Accounting and Operations), Project Management, and Technology (Oracle, Ads Platforms and Salesforce CRM preferred).

What you'll do:

  • Plan, lead, and deliver multiple cross-functional projects impacting Order to Cash systems and operations.
  • Intake requests, decipher key requirements, formulate project plans, and drive end-to-end.
  • Focus on understanding the subject matter, the impacted systems, and processes and ensure knowledge alignment across stakeholders.
  • Nurture cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers.
  • Own project document finalization including but not limited to Project plan, timeline, business requirement document, User trainings, and launch communications.
  • Plan and drive User Acceptance Testing for each project with a set of stakeholder testers/approvers.
  • Manage milestones, track and escalate risks/issues, and regularly report on results.
  • Ensuring there is clear and concise documentation, alignment across stakeholders, and clarity of next steps at all times is pivotal in this role. You must excel at delving into and learning the impacted processes and systems details for each project.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5 years of work-relevant experience (e.g. Project Management within Accounting & Finance / BSA within financial systems / Financial Consulting)
  • Experience in Order-To-Cash Operations & Systems, including but not limited to Credit & Collections, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Accounting across tools such as Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP (Ads business/platforms knowledge a plus)
  • Experience in project management initiating workstreams, developing project plans, and collaborating across organizations - Experience synthesizing complex programs for Sr. leaders - Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives - Ability to thrive in ambiguity, excel in XFN collaboration - Strong communication skills.
