We seek a visionary with profound Lead to Cash (LTC) knowledge, exceptional collaboration and influencing abilities, adaptability, and a readiness to challenge conventional methods while driving initiatives with urgency.

As part of our growing Finance Strategic Transformation/TMO function, you will be instrumental in establishing top-tier finance and accounting practices within a dynamic SaaS environment.

In this pivotal role, you will engage and partner with cross-functional teams across Finance, Business, Technology, and other departments.

This highly visible position requires you to oversee and report on the LTC program and initiatives, delivering both immediate and long-term value.

As an LTC thought leader, you will spearhead impactful finance initiatives that align with our operational and financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a fast-paced environment undergoing change within the SaaS sector and will aid in executing LTC strategies to proactively address systemic finance and accounting requirements and operational enhancements.

You will have the capability to drive transformation through key process enhancements and systems implementations.

This is a fully remote role, reporting to our Head of Finance Transformation, QTC, with a PST/MST/EST timezone requirement.

If you aspire to make a global impact, collaborate with world-class talent, and elevate your career, we invite you to embark on this exciting journey with us.

Responsibilities:

Lead our multi-year LTC transformation program roadmap with both long-term and short-term initiatives, including vendor selection, technology implementations, program and change management, and fostering a continuous process improvement mindset to enable Finance to support our business priorities.

Manage finance transformation projects focusing primarily on the Lead to Cash cycle, encompassing Lead/Opportunity, Contract Management, Quoting/CPQ, Order Management, Revenue Recognition, Billing, Credit, Collections/Disputes, and Cash Application processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, Product/Engineering, Finance GPOs, and IT to implement process improvements and technological solutions.

Prepare business cases and executive communications to advocate for change.

Identify, scope, and prioritize projects based on business needs. Develop detailed project plans, including approach, timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring on-time and within-budget project delivery.

Manage and communicate changes to program status, risks, and dependencies. Identify, assess, and transparently escalate program issues/conflicts and suggest resolutions.

Define data-driven frameworks and processes to identify, measure, and manage program success, focusing on business value, including benchmarking.

Continuously expand your knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning, as well as industry trends and best practices in finance, and effectively apply this expertise in your work.

Qualifications:

6+ years of progressive experience in LTC program management and transformation, overseeing large-scale, complex cross-functional programs that delivered outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

Comprehensive understanding of Finance Transformation, including areas such as PTP, RTR, and FP&A, is a plus.

Capable of building and delivering compelling presentations and influencing executives.

Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Comfortable building and driving new frameworks and processes with cross-functional teams.

Ownership mentality, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Thrives when challenging the status quo and setting new strategic/operational direction.

Experience working with Agile Project and Portfolio Management tools such as Jira.

Strong passion for designing and implementing solutions using next-generation technology such as data analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.

Advanced Excel and analytical skills including experience developing financial models for business forecasting.
