We aim to revolutionize the way organizations perceive and consume energy, and we are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Relumination, you will play a critical role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex lighting retrofit projects on a national scale. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and installation, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project plans from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project scopes, objectives, and schedules, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial integrity.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure projects comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, ensuring effective communication across the board.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Produce regular project status reports and updates to keep the team and stakeholders informed.
  • Mentor junior staff and act as a point of reference for project management best practices.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  • PMP certification or equivalent Project Management qualification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally in the lighting or construction industry.
  • Experience in managing projects on a national scale.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally.
