- Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Through your empathetic approach, clients will find strength, resilience, and renewed hope.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will uphold our commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your commitment to academic excellence.
- Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, demonstrating your professional competence and dedication.
- Apply your expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and techniques to tailor treatment plans to the unique needs of each individual, delivering personalized and effective care.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, enabling you to navigate complex situations and guide clients towards positive outcomes.
