We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health Glendale. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive mental health services to our clients in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate with our forward-thinking team to provide holistic care, addressing the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.
- Licensed to practice in California, with a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy, with a strong foundation in treatment planning, diagnosis, and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $115,000 per year, based on qualifications and client caseload.
