This pivotal role offers the chance to oversee sales activities, foster sustainable business growth, and develop effective marketing strategies. If you have a proven track record and a drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Lead the sales team to achieve year-over-year sales growth, and to develop and maintain business relationships.Motivate and coordinate a network of independent manufacturers to meet and exceed sales targets.Analyze market data to develop sales and marketing strategies.Make product development recommendations in collaboration with organization leadership.Prepare tailored bids & proposals to new and existing customers.Attend industry trade shows, visit important distributors in the field, and manage relationships with key house accounts. What We're Looking For: - Strong leadership and communication skills in support of the sales process.- An understanding of sales and marketing operations.- The ability to work closely with accounting and production departments.- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Management, ideally in the industrial or construction market. What We Offer: A collaborative and supportive work environment.An opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's sales strategy and growth.A competitive salary, and bonus opportunities.
