Job Overview

Busy manufacturing company is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, accounting experience, and the ability to multitask effectively. This will be about 20-24 hours a week.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the company
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and other accounting documents
- Accounts Payable duties
- Answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the accounting team
- Handle phone calls and correspondence related to accounting matters

Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is required
- Accounts Payable experience
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
