As our clients start going back into their offices, we are looking for an Administrative and Accounting Temporaries to help them get going post lockdown. There are opportunities for administrative and accounting personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence, emails, and memos
  • Answer phones, take messages, direct calls, and serve as a "gatekeeper" to C-Suite executive
  • Prepare accounting records, financial statements, expense and other reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Assist with special events, conferences and meetings
  • Take on special assignments as requested

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative or accounting roles
  • MS Office and/or QuickBooks and Excel
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong administrative/analytical and problem solving skills
