Position Summary

We are in search of a dedicated Service Manager who possesses a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in the construction or agricultural equipment sector, along with proven leadership skills to guide and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Department.
  • Manage and lead technicians, schedule repairs and meet timelines provided
  • Ensure a well-trained and customer-oriented team of service technicians is maintained.
  • Deliver high-quality service promptly for both customer and company equipment, ensuring a profitable and organized department.
  • Develop effective repair strategies and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships to deliver a positive service experience.
  • Manage all warranty services to guarantee fair treatment for customers and the company, optimizing warranty claims from vendors.
  • Maintain and produce service efficiency and management reports.
  • Ensure the shop's condition is optimal, including the upkeep of equipment and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of management experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a field or service technician is advantageous.
  • Strong team orientation with a commitment to customer service.
  • Personable, ethical, and capable of problem-solving under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and team members.
