We are a busy custom building and manufacturing company seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team 

Responsibilities:

  • Order office supplies and other materials
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Track / maintain delivery logs, time sheets
  • Reconcile credit card purchases and sales tickets
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks and assist other departments

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong excel experience
  • ​Strong organizational skills
