| Terms: | Full/Part Time
| Salary/rate: | $35-50 per hour depending on experience
| Requirements: | Mon- Fri 8am-5pm. Some on call items needed 

 

  | About us: | We are a disaster restoration and hurricane cleanup source that has been in business for 9 years. We are strongest in Florida, but we are looking to expand our teams nationally. We are building a company that can offer full-time work and become a long-term career option.

| About the role:   | The General Labor Administrative and Support Staff position is responsible for providing administrative and support services to the Owner and other team members. This includes a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing customer accounts, and helping the Owner with day to day tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent customer service skills.  

 | Responsibilities: | ·         Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. ·         Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. ·         Schedule appointments for the Owner and other team members. ·         Prepare and maintain customer accounts. ·         Process invoices and payments. ·         Manage customer records and files. ·         Collect Invoices and payments in a timely manner ·         Order and distribute supplies. ·         Provide daily assistance to Owner. ·         Assist in payroll processing.

| Candidate Qualifications:    |  ·         High school diploma or equivalent ·         1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role ·         Excellent organizational and time management skills ·         Strong written and verbal communication skills ·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

 | Desired Skills and Experience: |  ·         Experience in the restoration industry ·         Knowledge of insurance billing procedures ·         Proficiency in accounting software ·         Bilingualism (English/Spanish)  .
