Job Title: Bookkeeper 
Hours: Part-Time or Full-Time Available.
Pay: $18-22/hour DOE
Type of Hire: Temporary, 8 weeks, possibility for extension.
Location: Baltimore, MD 21201

Responsibilities:

  • Entering data into QuickBooks
  • Organizing checks and receipts.
  • Reconciling accounts monthly
  • Auditing old books to ensure transactions were properly processed and categorized
  • Additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • 0-2 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Minimum of Associates Degree Required; Bachelors Degree Preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to pass a background check.
