As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative team and managing the day-to-day operations of our office. Your role will involve implementing and improving administrative processes, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Familiarity with the electric industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects, ensure all operations run smoothly, and conduct daily follow-ups.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, supply inventory, and vendor relations.
- Coordinate and manage executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to administrative functions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Handle complex and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experienced in Accounting is required.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
