  • Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
  • Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
