The TDC Administration Receptionist position combines traditional front desk receptionist duties with office management and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will deliver a professional first impression to all clients and employees, possess excellent communication and customer service skills and have a basic understanding of administrative, organizational, and clerical procedures along with the ability to multitask.
Reception and Office Management Duties:
· Greet and welcome visitors to the corporate office with a professional and friendly demeanor.
· Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors.
· Accept incoming calls and route calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
· Handle and resolve basic inquiries and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate personnel.
· Maintain reception area, meeting rooms and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner.
· Receive and record deliveries. Ensure outgoing packages are picked up each day.
· Take inventory of office and coffee supplies and order restock as needed.
· Schedule appointments and update event calendars.
· Coordinate conference room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are in good condition and stocked.
· Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
· Maintain and update employee and departmental directories.
· Support other administrative staff with overflow work.
Employee Experience:
· Partner with the HR team to manage corporate job posting tracking and monitoring responsibilities.
· Maintain and update employee records and office documentation while maintaining confidentiality.
· Enhance employee experience through various regular administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
· Collaborate with HR to address employee concerns and support employee training and development initiatives.
· Assist in planning and coordinating office events and meetings
Future TDC team members should have the following qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
· Proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
· Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
· Experience being part of a team and successfully meeting goals.
· Must meet company background investigation, credit screening, and drug screening.
