Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct opening and closing duties.
  • Develop healthy teams based on Trust, Healthy Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Attention to Results
  • Conduct pre-shift checks and line checks.
  • Address ordering and scheduling problems.
  • Support management functions, as assigned, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train staff.
  • Work back of house positions including but not limited to Pizza Maker, Food Prep, Maintenance, Dishwasher, and Food Runner.
  • Certify and train new hire employees.
  • Provide feedback for employees in their position.
  • Implement new standards and practices.
  • Update training materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Be 21 years of age in order to pour alcohol
  • Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant’s trading area.
  • Two-year college degree and equivalent to direct restaurant (BOH) minimum 1 year+ as a Team Lead or Supervisor
  • Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
  • Continuously work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 4 hours).
  • On occasion, reach, bend, and stoop.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Food Allergen Certification, Basset Alcohol Certification and Manager Sanitation Certification
