Responsibilities:
- Create web-based registrations for meetings and events in Cvent meetings management software.
- Work with Business Owner and Meeting Planner to determine e-communications (invitations, reminders, confirmations, final confirmations etc.) required for each event.
- Assist Business Owner to ensure Attendee Lists are completed/in approved format.
- Create and send standard and/or custom registration reports for Meeting Planners, TPV’s and/or Business Owners.
- Coordinates meeting registration and housing administration
- Create and print onsite materials (name badges, table tents, etc.) required with due dates. Ensure availability of printed material before meeting. Responsible for print and delivery.
- Create print or electronic sign-in sheets for all HCP-attended sessions (by date/event)
- Manage effective communication with several levels of cross-functional stakeholders, such as: business owners/internal customers, field personnel, and various supporting departments
Qualifications:
- Minimum Work Experience: 2+ years of related work experience.
- Minimum Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Hospitality industry background and / or experience or previous work experience in meeting / convention coordination
Top Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer focused—Demonstrating customer focus and understanding needs of customers
- Experience in Cvent meetings management software
