We are seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator to amplify and manage our online presence and content needs. Key Responsibilities: 

1. Website Maintenance: 

  • Regularly update and maintain content on our website to ensure accuracy and relevance. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary information for website updates. 

  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and performance. 

  • Communicate with external vendors and agencies as needed. 

2. Content Creation and Optimization: 

  • Develop engaging and shareable content for the website, including blog posts, product updates, and landing pages. 

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.

3. Social Media Management: 

  • Assist in managing and growing our social media presence. 

  • Create and schedule posts across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.

4. Data Analysis: 

  • Monitor website analytics and provide regular weekly reports on key performance metrics. 

  • Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and optimizations.

5. Intranet Management: 

  • Support the creation of content for our intranet – internal employee database

6. Video Content Management: 

  • Work closely with the production team to create approval videos for each machine 

  • Manage video database with up-to-date and accurate information

7. Research and Stay Updated: 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices. 

  • Research competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field. Recent graduates or those with a couple of years of experience are encouraged to apply 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices. 

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. 

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and their management tools. 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
