Job Summary

QSLWM is a well-established law firm dedicated to providing top-notch legal services. Our team of legal professionals are committed to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team in the Dallas office. The Office Coordinator/Receptionist is essential for maintaining office efficiency, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and serving as the initial contact for client and visitors.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet clients, visitors, and staff members with a warm and professional attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, manage the firm's calendar, and schedule appointments. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with necessary supplies such as brochures and business cards.
  • Office Management: Monitor office supplies and snacks. Assist with maintaining kitchen and coffee bar tidy and presentable.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate firm events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the liaison between clients and legal staff, ensuring clear and efficient communication. Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client information and cases.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with legal and administrative staff to support ongoing projects and initiatives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software and databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
