Sales Representative
Fall River, MA
$65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience

Position overview of the Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven health and beauty sales representative to join our team, with a focus on private label liquid and soap products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the health and beauty industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to guide clients through the customization process. As a sales representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to the success of our private label business.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative

  • Promote and sell commonwealth soap and toiletries' private label liquid and soap products to businesses, retailers, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their branding objectives and customize product solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on the private label process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Client relationship management:
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with private label clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Address client inquiries, provide updates, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the partnership.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver commitments.
  • Market research and analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the private label segment.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancement.
  • Product knowledge and training:
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of commonwealth soap and toiletries' private label liquid and soap product offerings.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively market and sell their branded products.

Qualifications of the Sales Representative

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the private label or customization sector of the health and beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of both liquid and soap product formulations a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Education of the Sales Representative

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
