Illumination FL is looking for an experienced, reliable, and detailed office person for our busy and growing customer service team. A background in the trade / service industry is a must. Please do not apply if you do not have trade or service industry experience.

Candidates must be focused, able to multitask, take direction, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be a South Florida resident for at least 5+ years & must know the layout of Palm Beach County.

The customer service administrator’s role is to work with the office manager to provide daily support for the company’s landscape lighting quotes, sales, and installations. Quoting, lead intake management, lead nurturing, and follow-up. Experience is a requirement.

This inside-office support position requires exceptional data entry skills, knowledge of best practices for customer billing, crew scheduling, and quoting. The customer service administrator will also engage in daily communication with leads, customers, outside sales team members, and upper management to facilitate workflows across multiple aspects of the business.

Ideal candidate must be a quick learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment, possess impeccable phone etiquette, and be able to communicate effectively via email. Must have minimum of 5 years of office experience. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Essential Duties

  • Daily customer billing, collections, and crew scheduling
  • Follow up on client quotes, service, and maintenance requests
  • Assist in daily scheduling of service, install, and maintenance calls
  • Assist in stock inventory management

Hours are 8-5, M-F.

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 90 days
