Join the MVT family Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring a Local Pick-Up Delivery Manager
Qualifications:
- Oversees the management of Local Drivers, Local Dispatchers, Gate Inspectors, and Yard Master.
- Monitors MVT El Paso yard and dock; ensures yard is organized, efficient and functioning safely.
- Monitors and documents all inbound trucks/trailers bound for the El Paso yard.
- Assists and trains employees with the timekeeping system; adjusts time as necessary.
- Ensures Local Drivers are up to date with annual inspections and physicals.
Skills:
- Preferred - Associates Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in Customer Service operations and/or training in the transportation industry.
- Proficient communicator in both English and Spanish language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Knowledge with AS400 (Preferred).
