As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our field service technicians, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the activities of field service technicians, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and engineering, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide training and coaching to field service technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure excellent service delivery and identify opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field service management, operations management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing field service teams, improving process efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
- Experience working in the telecommunications or fiber optics industry.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as CRM and field service management tools.
- Certifications in project management, operations management, or a related field.
