The Position

The ideal candidate for our Sales Representative role will meet the following requirements:

  • You must be able excel at working independently, while being a contributor to a team.
  • You must have a track record or finding, selling, and closing new business with companies that are challenging to acquire.
  • You must have a strong ability to sell not only value, but the value you personally bring to the table.
  • Not only must you love to sell, but you sell in order to help others.
  • Be highly coachable and admit responsibility for your failures as well as your success.
  • Be a goal achiever that is willing to be held accountable for your own goals
  • Have experience developing, nurturing, and getting business from a strong network.
  • Prior experience mentoring and training new salespeople is necessary, as is a history of consistently exceeding required quotas and goals
  • Have prior earning of at least $70k in a selling role

 

Experience with the Sandler Selling System or experience selling conceptual services are bonuses, but not required. Starting compensation 80-120K base plus commission, based on experience. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid continuing education
