We are seeking a Front Desk / Customer Service to join our new sign company
You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years of verifiable experience .
* Possess an excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks
* Must be proficient with Microsoft (MS) Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word.
Invoicing (data entry), collections, communicating with clients and being a team player.
Must have strong phone skills and a positive attitude. - Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 40 hours a week. Monday- Friday 8:00am -4:30pm $18 - $22 / hr
- Bilingual: English/ Spanish
