The job requires strong administrative skills, experience working with an EMR system, answer phones in a polite and professional manner. multi-task and coordination. Work well as a team and independently. A friendly disposition and willingness to follow through and assist others is must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with healthcare providers on their schedule
  • Schedule appointments for patient consultation and procedures
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Collect payments and post to the account
  • Other duties are delegated by management
  • Check Patients in
  • Collect copays and balances
  • Medical records

Job Type: Full-time
