The Captains execute the operational strategies and work closely with the Operations Coordinator and Executive team to ensure our Mission, Vision, and Core Values are the foundation on which we grow the business. Captains actively apply the 3 Fundamentals of Execution  – Pursuing Mastery, Owning the Numbers, and Helping Others Win –  in pursuit of operational goals. 

The Captains report directly to the Operations Supervisor (Coordinator)

Compensation:

Front of House Captain: Starting at $20 per hour

Heart of House Captain: Starting at $21 per hour

Requirements
  • Must have open availability, Monday - Saturday
  • Must be able to work 45+ hours per week.
  • Must obtain ServSafe Food Manager Certification within first 3 months of employment (provided by Chick-fil-A)
  • Must have previous management experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment
