Job Description Summary
We are seeking a tenacious Client Account Specialist / Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service. You will assess customer signage needs and professionally present solutions resulting in closed sales orders and repeat clients.
Responsibilities
  • Exude hospitality when answering the phones, meeting with visitors in our showroom, attending client events, and interacting digitally 
  • Listen to clients’ needs and ask relevant questions to fully understand the scope of their projects
  • Answer phones with a positive upbeat tone
  • Return phone calls in a timely fashion
  • Collect deposits and payments
  • Operate cloud-based CRM/POS system
  • Prepare estimates in a timely fashion, documenting all information
  • Obtain all information to process work orders accurately
  • Collaborate with the Design and Production Departments to answer any questions they may have concerning work orders
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other team members
  • Always look for opportunities to provide an excellent customer experience and unreasonable hospitality
  • Attend sales meetings and company meetings
  • Implement effective marketing strategies within the store, telemarketing, mailings, etc.
Qualifications
  • Professional Phone Etiquette
  • Be willing to learn about the sign and graphics industry
  • Computer knowledgeable and experienced in cloud-based CRM or POS software
