The ideal Inside Sales Representative for EpackageSupply will be an organized and sales focused team member that services inbound customers, while utilizing the opportunity to create value and increase sales activity.


Inside Sales Representative Job Description:


·        Field phone calls, online chats and emails for prospective, current and new customers

·        Utilize product knowledge, volume tiers, and promos as tools to create value for the customer and upsell the current opportunity.

·        Perform outbound tasks as required for specific sales campaigns such as new product releases or customer anniversary promotions.

·        Properly utilize the CRM or lead generation systems as required.

·        Achieve personal goals related to KPI’s on inbound sales – conversion rate, upselling, etc.

·        Administer, maintain, and track customer requests for quotes and purchase orders. Create quotes for larger volume orders

·        Interact with customers daily to review current promotions and provide service as needed

·        Thoroughly understand product details, ordering process and account set up and efficiently and clearly explain to new and prospective customers


Inside Sales Representative Knowledge and Skills required:

·        Minimum of 2 years in direct sales experience

·        Self-starter; ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.

·        Proven track record of sales performance

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills.

·        Organized and detail oriented.
