Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while also coordinating scheduling, conducting questionnaires and surveys, troubleshooting, and loading of drivers. You will work cross-functionally with our teams to ensure that our internal and external customers are satisfied with our services and their AD Solutions experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and customer needs via phone, email, chat, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing information, troubleshooting, and technical support to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with service and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Scheduling appointments and service calls to ensure optimal service response times.
  • Conducting customer questionnaires and surveys.
  • Documenting and updating customer records.
  • Routing and assigning service calls and coordinating the loading of drivers.
  • Providing regular updates to management on customer feedback, concerns, and issues.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are being met.
  • Participating in team meetings and providing input on ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Supporting internal customers through light housekeeping (opening and closing procedures and restocking supplies).
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, Monday-Friday
  • Experience in conducting customer questionnaires and surveys.
  • Ability to type and operate office technology.
