Role Description
Master your craft of client relationships This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Client Experience at Stonebridge Financial Planning Group, LLC. This integral position will provide exceptional customer service to clients and manage day-to-day front office operations.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Customer satisfaction and customer experience skills
- Analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to pull and analyze reports from CRM
- Manage our “client experience” including greeting clients, acknowledging significant client milestones, scheduling client meetings, and being the first face” of our company
- Update Compliance files for correspondence, gifts, marketing tasks and client events
- Answer phones, reply to Office emails, and manage phone system
- Assist in the planning of various client, staff and training events throughout the year
- Manage day-to-day office operations including office mailings, monthly shredding, office supplies, and office equipment
- This position is an in-person position and is not eligible for remote work. Work hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
