Administrative Assistant needed in Downtown Chicago for Immediate Hire.

International Sports Management, Inc., a leader in corporate sports hospitality, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team We are seeking an outgoing, solution-minded, and tech-savvy individual to fill a new position in our Chicago office (Check us out at www.ism-usa.com). The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality with an aptitude to learn new skills and must contain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. The individual hired must be detail-oriented and able to assist our office Vice President with a variety of tasks, including sales recruitment. This position plays a key role in the continued growth of our HQ office. Interviews are currently being conducted in our office in Chicago on Michigan Avenue

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a multi-line phone system
  • Process sales contracts
  • Generate Salesforce reports, etc.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts (i.e., updating job posts, distributing resumes, setting up interviews etc.)
  • Maintaining a structured environment, as well as the position's outlook calendar
  • Responding to daily emails (both internal and external)
  • Assist with incoming new hire set-up (computers, phone, email, etc.)
  • Resolve tech-related issues during the workday (phone, internet, computer, programs, etc.)

Candidates will need to be:

  • Professional in appearance and positive attitude
  • Able to communicate clearly and assertively in verbal and written form
  • Work in a fast-paced office setting and maintain efficiency in their work
  • Prepared to adjust duties or priorities as requested by upper-level executives
  • Extremely organized with superior attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • A self-starter that takes initiative and generates solutions
  • Dependable in daily attendance with mandatory Monday-Friday schedule
  • Able to multi-task
