POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. In this position you will provide administrative support to keep the office running efficiently.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls and responding to emails. · Responsible for providing exceptional customer services. · Answer general questions that residents and contractors have about the condominium. · Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as photocopying and filing
OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
· Ability to work in the United Sates
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish · Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Products · Maintains a friendly and professional attitude. · Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as handling a detail oriented workload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Benefits:
· 6 paid holidays per year after 1 year of work. · 10 days of paid vacation after 1 year of work.
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED). · Experience in a similar role preferred.
