Are you a data whiz with a passion for empowering girls? Do spreadsheets sing to you, and do you dream in donor trends? Then we have the perfect opportunity for youThe Girl Scouts are searching for a Donor Data and Research Coordinator to join our team.


You'll be the mastermind behind our donor database, wielding data analysis tools to identify giving patterns and inform fundraising strategies. But that's not all You'll also be a grant proposal pro, researching high-value donors and crafting targeted profiles to cultivate support for our mission.


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Become a Data Dynamo: Maintain pristine donor records, ensure data integrity across systems, and generate insightful reports to guide fundraising initiatives.
  • Grant Guru: Uncover high-potential donors and grant opportunities, craft compelling prospect profiles, and compile data for funding applications.
  • Support the Squad: Assist with grant reporting, track funding received, and manage reporting requirements.
  • Make Connections: Help curate donor lists, identify segments, and assist with inquiries and requests.
  • Be a Champion: Project a positive Girl Scout image, provide exceptional customer service, and safeguard all confidential information.

The salary range for this role is $30k-$33k depending on level of experience.


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or two years of relevant experience working with data management.


Knowledge of how to use different databases, analytical skills, and high attention-to-detail are necessary to succeed in this role. Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) preferred.


Appreciated, but not required, if you have any experience in systems such as: DonorPerfect, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar CRM.
