Position: Accounting Assistant

Location: 2443 N. Greenfield Road, Ste 101 in Mesa, right off the 202 at Falcon Field Airport

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm, with the potential and probability of full-time in the near future.

We offer a great, fun, family environment. Benefits available after 90 days (after becoming full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

· QuickBooks Desktop experience a must

· Filing, scanning, digital storing of records

· Process accounts payable and maintain vendor accounts

· Must have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

· Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Reliably commute to Northeast Mesa, Falcon Field Airport, ideally not more than 30 miles away

 

Job Type:

30hrs per week to start going to full time as responsibilities are assigned.

Pay range of $20-24 per hour based on experience.

Physical setting: Office. Well, actually a hangar with your own cubicle, surrounded by super cool airplanes.
